I can make any necklace shorter at no extra charge if you ask by leaving a note during checkout. I tend to like longer necklaces, so I would rather make them longer and size down to suit your taste.

Glass top vintage typewriter keys should not be submersed in water. The bracelets with these keys are not good for hair stylists, groomers, or others who work with water throughout the day. I do have vintage keys that are not glass top that you can request. I will always show photos of works in progress to ensure your approval before shipping. Please respond to these requests within 24 hours to keep our committed shipping dates.

To extend the life of your jewelry, remove the jewelry when sleeping, exercising, or any other physical activities. Sweating or showering can cause the plating to tarnish. Store silver in the provided zipped bag when not in use to prevent tarnishing.

I cannot pay partial refunds due to not receiving an order in time. Once tracking is provided, it is the USPS responsibility to deliver and issues should be brought to them. If an item is damaged in transit, you must provide photos of the damage for the USPS claim. If an item is tracked as delivered and you have not received it, you must file a stolen package report with your local police department after checking with your neighbors and others living at your home to ensure it wasn't picked up by someone else inadvertently.

I do not replace broken chains if more than 14 days from delivery has passed.
